Refund policy

As a small business, we are currently only able to accept returns or exchanges in cases where an error has occurred on our end. This includes receiving the incorrect size or an incorrect abaya style.

At this time, we do not accept returns for fit, preference, or change of mind. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
